Resolved — Today, at 2020-12-14 15:44-16:40 ET, the Voci licensing system faulted during a planned maintenance activity, causing a number of V-Spark systems to shutdown unexpectedly. The situation was resolved quickly, but some systems/services may require a manual restart. If any self-hosted V-Spark systems are currently not available, please login via the shell and restart services to refresh their licensing: CentOS7: sudo systemctl restart vspark.service CentOS6: sudo service vspark restart Alternatively, if shell access is not available, a system restart/reboot will also solve the issue. If you have any further questions about this incident, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
